DRAFT Model National Policy for Advancing Growth in the ICT Sector in ECTEL Member States

As part of it mandate to implement the Telecommunications and ICT Development Project which is funded by the World Bank and the Governments of the ECTEL Member States, the ECTEL Directorate has been charged with the responsibility for facilitating the development of a model national ICT Policy for the ECTEL Member States. Towards this end, consultants have been engaged to assist in this process, research has been conducted and discussions have been held with several key stakeholders in the ECTEL Member States. From these, this draft Model National ICT Policy has been developed.
